Academic Search Premier - This source includes a few sources from many different journals about many different topics. It does not have as much on a particular topic as a more specialized database would, but it has at least some articles about just about anything. A good place to start, when looking for scholarly articles.
Military and Government - This database focuses on the military, mostly, but also has articles about government policy and national defense. The articles are both popular and scholarly in nature.
Religion and Philosophy - Just as it says, this database focuses on scholarly writing about religion or theology, and on philosophy. You will also find articles on religion or philosophy, mostly religion, written for the public.
