Returning ILL Items --Learning Outcomes

The learner will:

  • Correctly and consistently apply the ILL protocols, policies, and procedures for returning materials to the lending library.
  • Exhibit continuing accuracy as measured by lack of complaints and supervisor observation. 
  • Return items no later than the following working day of receipt from the patron.
